1. Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $80 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders up until $79.99.
2. Orders are normally shipped out within 7-14 business days from the order date using UPS-USPS . Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit.
If you want to return the order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team (cs@ulooin.com) for assistance within 30 days from receiving the package (for US residents), or within 7 days from receiving the package (for South Korea residents). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 1. Change of Mind:
We regret to inform you that due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (even if unopened and unused items) as we strive to provide each customer with brand-new products straight from our warehouse.
2. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (maximum 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will assist you after confirming the situation.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
