Shipping
1. Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $80 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders up until $79.99.
2. Orders are normally shipped out within 7-14 business days from the order date using UPS-USPS . Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit.
Returns Policy
If you want to return the order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team (cs@ulooin.com) for assistance within 30 days from receiving the package (for US residents), or within 7 days from receiving the package (for South Korea residents). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return request is accepted, weโll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

This cream is the perfect follow-up to the PDRN glass skin serum. Itโs rich and creamy but doesnโt feel heavy on the skin at all.
