Shipping
1. Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $80 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders up until $79.99.
2. Orders are normally shipped out within 7-14 business days from the order date using UPS-USPS . Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit.
Returns Policy
If you want to return the order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team (cs@ulooin.com) for assistance within 30 days from receiving the package (for US residents), or within 7 days from receiving the package (for South Korea residents). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (maximum 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will assist you after confirming the situation.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I have a very oily skin but I find these products to be really helpful during the winter/colder season. It kept my face moisturized and glowy. Also the scent reminds me of the products they put on your skin after you do facial treatments in skin clinics.
The PDRN serum and cream is a bit thick so I only use it for my night routine. The three times changing cream is on the lighter side so I can use it for my morning routine too.

Thank you very much, i am in love with this series. my dry skin is moisturized and filled with radiance. i can really see and feel how small peeling has gone away and creases have smoothed out. i usually use the orange cream with serum at night, it has a thicker texture and the cream with a more gel texture - during the day. both creams are great for my combination skin with wrinkles.
