You can check your order status on your Account page at the Ulooin website [My Account > Order History], which is updated as soon as your payment is
processed and when your order ships.
Once an order is placed, please allow two to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit. For domestic orders, please allow up to seven business days for your package to arrive after it's been shipped.
For international orders, shipping times will vary based on where you are located and the shipping method you selected.
* You can track your order by using the tracking number provided in the delivery notification sent when the product is dispatched or by visiting Ulooin Mall.
For your peace of mind, we recommend purchasing directly from ulooin.com or our official amazon page. We canโt verify the authenticity or quality of products bought
elsewhere, and they may not meet our standards-or worse, be countrefeit.
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and South Korea only.
We are working on expanding to more countries soon!
Please note that due to system limitations, we are unable to ship items together even if they are ordered on the same day.
Please note that any adjustments to your order can only be made before the tracking code is updated. Once the tracking
code is updated, it means the package has already been shipped, and we are unable to make any further adjustments in our system.

If you need to update your delivery information, please cancel the current order and place a new one with the correct details.
โข After Tracking Update:
If you need to make any changes regarding the delivery of your package after the tracking code is updated, please contact the delivery service directly to request the adjustment.
Additionally, please note that according to our policy, no refunds or reshipments will be issued if the package is lost or fails to be delivered due to incorrect delivery information.
If the delivery status shows as [Delivered], but you haven't received the product, please check the following:
1. Verify the delivery address in your order information.
2. Check with a proxy or delegated location.
Confirm with family, colleagues, security office, or any other delegated location.
3. Contact the delivery courier.
Verify with the assigned courier using the tracking number.
If the issue cannot be resolved through a proxy, delegated location, or courier, please contact our Customer Service Team(cs@ulooin.com).
We will promptly assist you after confirming with the courier company.
If you want to cancel the order, Please reach out to our Customer Service Team (cs@ulooin.com)for assistance, and we will provide guidance with care.
Please notice that canceling is only available before the tracking update.
If you want to return the order, Please reach out to our Customer Service Team (cs@ulooin.com)for assistance within 30 days from receiving the package (for US residents), or within 7 days from receiving the package (for South Korea residents).
Did you not receive some of the items you ordered?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please take photos of the exterior of the received parcel and the items you did receive.
Contact our Customer Service Team (cs@ulooin.com) with the photos, and we will assist you after confirming the situation.
For exchanges, it's possible only for the same product as purchased. If you need to change options, please proceed with a return and make a new purchase.
In case of defects or damages to the product, Ulooin will cover the shipping fees.
Please contact our Customer Service Team (cs@ulooin.com) within 48 hours, and provide us with photos of the exterior of the received parcel and any damaged or faulty items.
Providing these photos will enable us to expedite the verification process.
